i liked it. had a perfectly pleasant stay during the holidays. the staff was very efficient and helpful, gave advice about the city. the breakfast was astonishing and included in my rate. the location was handy and exceptionally nice, near sightseeing spots and the interior design was modern.

The room was a nice size and brand-new and packs all that was necessary. Had a great selection of options for breakfast, it was awesome. The hotel was located in the heart of the city. The services were excellent, offered us fast free Wi-Fi.

Very impressed with double room on higher level floors. Magnificent location very close to Nagano railway station. Many local shops such as Chowkien and Nagano's major temple nearby. Pleasant staff. Close to the sites to see in Nagano. Clean and fantastic place. Astonishing and excellent breakfast with a wide array of options. Polite, excellent staff. Unbeatable location short walk to the bus terminal. Close to many local shops and attractions. In the center of town.
